If there was an option for a zero star rating, I wouldn't even give the satisfaction for getting one star. I walked in the first time and "shake that" by Eminem was playing. Really? Today I walked in to a desolate store where the two same employees completely ignored me for ten minutes while they stood there "helping" another customer. That is if helping means shooting the $#!@ not talking about an account or phone related issues. They told me they were busy and would be with me in a minute, not even asking what my issue was or why I came in today. I'm shocked those two were allowed to run a store by themselves. I wouldn't give them the keys to a Burger King.
