I came here courtesy of the promo on GroupOn.
Reservation was seamless and done via phone. The location is convenient as it is in the PATH and very close to Union Station.
Initial impression was nice as the setup is clean and I was asked whether I wanted to have tea or coffee.
Things went downhill after that. The person who cut my hair was annoying and kept trying to up sell with one offer after another. I prefer some quiet time when I am having my hair cut and was consistently disrupted from my reading with one personal story after another. They would have made up for it if the hair cut I got was better than my regular place but nope nothing special here. Another pitfall IMO was even though it specifically said that a wash dry is included as a part of my haircut I had to ask for it twice.
If you want to spend money in this range there are better options nearby in the PATH.
