I have to admit that I have been in this store quite frequently since I recently purchased an IMAC to replace my old pc when the hard drive crashed. I purchased Applecare with it so I get an extra 2 years of coverage. They helped me with set up, install an external hard drive and showed me how my devices can be synced to it and that I can offload my photos onto it. Their pcs are more expensive than non Apple products but from my understanding they are better made.It does have a completely different operating system than windows but has the same functions essentially. Lately when I've made apts with their Genius bar and arrive close to when they open I'm normally taken right away. I also find that when I call Applecare they usually will not only remotely troubleshoot any issue I am having but also will let me make the changes on the IMAC so I can learn better. They do offer classes on their products but that's basically overview stuff. You can pick up a thing or two from them. This is the closest Apple store to where I live so I will be here more often. Staff is friendly and helpful. Yes,the store is always crowded but they are always busy so it's best to make a reservation if you need something.
