Dishonest Because of my high prescription and restrictive insurance, eyeglass world was unable to make my lenses. When I asked them for my prescription information (pupillary distance specifically) they would not give me the info so I could buy glasses online. Shawn (the manager) told me that he would give me my PD measurement if I bought something--which I could not do, because they couldn't make my glasses. Eyeglass world forced me into this dubious catch 22 This is both unethical and illegal. I have filed a claim with the nevada regulatory board that govern opticians and made a complaint with the national office.
