I was very impressed with the salesmanship and the professional manner in which Ricky Inclan handled my sale. I had been traveling for several days to reach Gilbert, so I was exhausted, I wanted it to be easy, quick and as painless as possible. He listened to what I wanted as far as price, comfort, and when I needed it delivered. I would highly recommend this store, and other Matress Firm locations. I would especially driving the extra distance to seek out Ricky as he did take that extra time to be sure that I was a very satisfied customer. He is a young man determined to succeed and this corporation should be glad they have someone of such integrity working on their team. I work in Sales and I have personally interviewed and hired hundreds of people over my career and if he had had experience in my line of work, I would have swiped him away from you. Great job Ricky!!
