I have replaced a cracked ipad mini screen, bought phone cases and screen protectors and had my laptop cleaned up. The people who work here are friendly, competent and honest. Their prices are fair and they have kept their word in turning around fixes in short order.
An important draw to this business is that I don't have that fear of being scammed for services that I do not need, or overpaying for services I do need. That is HUGE in my opinion.
