Staff were friendly but did not do their selling pitch... I wanted to get dog defu... shampoo.. but i forgot about it as I entered the store... thou the service for bath... I requested them to do a clean shave in his paws... after the service I noticed and when i asked why it is not done she says only 10 inch blade they are authorized to do more than that...
Now at the billing, she is not even aware about the 25% discount.. and she did partially after I read the receipt noticed and again manager was called to override... try to avoid this place for grooming service
