My car looked like a dirty dog so I thought I would take it to a fancy car wash, Bubble's name on Macleod always made me giggle. So $19 and ten dollars later my car went through a drive through car wash. The client being me could sit inside, drink free coffee and eat homemade cookies and watch your car pass by, the rotating brushes, the jet sprays. The waiting area is like sitting at a bar, I almost thought a waitress was going to come by and take my order. When I asked the girl why it was almost $20, was there something extra I was getting, she simply shrugged her shoulders and said no, they use water and soap. I thought sarcastically wow great selling pitch. What was outlined on the wall was far more convincing than her verbal marketing. Seems like there are persons who personally hand wash and dry your vehicle and the wash actually gets into the tires and under the car. My shiny new dog was waiting with the door open on the other side, it was pretty fast. In reality, besides all the show my car doesn't look any different than me doing a manual coin operated wash at $5 at the Bridgeland Car Wash but I wanted to give the high tech thing a try.
