I highly discourage any woman from going to this office. My husband and I went here for our first OB appointment in which I expressed that I was cramping, bleeding, tired among other pregnancy symptoms. I was told all was normal. (Cramping with bleeding is never a good sign). I then called the office two days later, which happened to be Christmas Eve, because my bleeding had increased and was again told "nothing I was saying concerned her" (the triage nurse). They didn't bring me in for a blood test nor did they do a blood test like many other obgyns do to monitor hcg levels. We sadly told our families we were pregnant on Christmas because we were told over and over again everything was normal when I could've found out sooner had they brought me in for a blood test or ultra sound. I went to the ER Saturday after calling them and expressing the same concerns because we had an out of country trip scheduled and was told I was having a miscarriage. I miscarried that Sunday. I then went in to request my medical records from them which I still have not received because the doctor I saw Dr. Lepetich marked that I had no pregnancy symptoms during my first appointment. How hard is it to check a box on a computer?? I have asked them to fix the records as they are inaccurate and have yet to get my accurate medical records from them. I have called them 4 times. They continue to make excuses for why he hasn't updated them. This office has terrible customer service and seems to care very little about their patients especially first time pregnant moms who have concerns. Run, run, far away from this office ladies!
