While none of my plumbing needs were emergencies, they got back o me right away on getting an estimate to have 4 sink faucets and stoppers replaced, and to rebuild the flushing mechanisms in 3 toilets.
Eric was very helpful in showing me what fixtures to purchase, and he had the supplies needed to repair the toilets. He arrived promptly and work was done quickly with no mess! He even noticed a dripping pipe from the hot water heater and replaced a TNP valve that solved that.
Prices were reasonable - probably not the cheapest, but i didn't think that shopping around would have saved more than 5-10%, and it was a great value to get a free estimate and some advice.
