Sorry JCPenney! My rating is based on the Sephora that is inside of JCPenney. Since there is no Ulta or mall really near me, I was excited that there was a place near me that I could get high end cosmetics. However, it is pointless to even go there. This Sephora is always out of stock of everything I go in there to buy. I have been multiple times, and leave with nothing. It isn't that they don't carry the product...they just don't have any in stock... The associates are not helpful either. I don't expect them to help me when they are with another customer, but I do expect them to at least acknowledge me. I feel ignored every time I am in the store, even when I am the only customer.
I have been very disappointed with every visit to this store. I will not be returning.
