Pharmacy at Sunnybrook Plaza just on getting worse and worse with the service they give customers. I have been getting my prescriptions filled there for over a year and have yet been able to get out of there in less then 20 minutes. There is always a line up at least 3 to 4 people waiting and no one even acknowledges us they all keep there heads down and seem to not see us. This is become so normal that other customers have joked about it to others in line. "Welcome to the slowest drug store in Toronto". The script is never ready even though the phone system says they would have been the day before. I am trying to give them time but even a day more doesn't seem to be enough it still wasn't ready and I had to wait 15min for them to fill it. What was the point of giving them over 24 hours more time when they couldn't do it in that time. Do they need to have more staff? I am now looking to go to another drug store not as close to my home just because it's become so frustrating.
