This place will treat you like an ATM! They are only after your money and will charge you for evrything! My rent went up $282 a month after my lease was up, and that was the rate for the new lease, I had the option to go month 5 month for an additional $432 a month. When I inquired about the increase they said that I was being charged market value! that means I would be paying the same as someone who just moved in. So there is no consideration for the fact that I've been with them for the last 15 months? There is three pools which are mostly dirty and cloudy. One of their so called amenities is tiny gym that is supposed to be stocked with water and towels, yup, they failed at that too. besides never stocking the gym, there is a couple of personal trainers that bring their outside clients there. Up to 5 clients at a time using every piece of equipment. Oh, good luck finding parking after 4pm..
