Terrible experience. As a loan agent your job should be to make your client feel comfortable. How do you do that? Make yourself available to answer questions and put the client's mind at ease. I was attempting to purchase a home and was put in touch with Daniel Verdugo. Met with him once in person and it was fine but when we met his internet was down so he couldn't run any numbers for me. He took my documents home and said he would contact me next morning. Next day I hear nothing and by 8 PM I text him and ask why he didn't contact me. He said he was working on my documents right then. That's fine but if you say you're going to contact someone at a certain time, do it. I drove to his business to pick up my documents and find out that everything that was turned into him neatly and stapled was now mixed up, and papers were missing. Call me crazy but when I submit papers to you I expect them to be returned to me in the same condition I gave them to you in. It's rather unprofessional to mix up all the papers then return them mixed up, out of order and unstapled. To make it worse some of my documents were not even returned. I'm still missing a pay stub. Next day I call him. He sends the phone to voicemail and texts me saying "In a meeting" and I leave a message saying please give me a call when you are done. This was at 10 AM. By 10 PM still no call back. Next day passes still no call. I decided at this point that my time obviously was not important to Daniel Verdugo so I made the choice to change loan agents. My new agent has been awesome and I just closed on a home today. Avoid this place, or Daniel Verdugo if you value communication
