This place was awful. They only care about money. We came in on the last day of September to look at Mazda 3s. We were assisted by Dennis Hilgendorf who seemed kind of like he was only helping us because there was money involved. So he told us we were approved and everything and we told him we'd be back with our deposit. However, I have a friend that works at a different Mazda dealer and he told me that they (Dennis) hadn't even submitted my information! They were just trying to add us to the sales for the month, and would probably take the car back assuming we got denied. Horrible sleezy people. And I got a message from I guess the owner of the dealership who told me my review was unfair and that I should come to the dealership so he can try to prove me wrong. However, my boyfriend (whose credit was the one being checked) doesn't have any inquiries on his statements whereas all the other dealers we looked at do show up. Hmmm...odd.
