BEWARE!! This company is in serious need of customer service training. I booked an appointment with them, then rescheduled because that date wasn't convenient, they still came by. Told me replacement parts were needed so they'd draw up the repair. 2 weeks go by no response, I ask for an estimate twice, nothing The final time I emailed. "I thought I called, I will get one in writing by the next morning" Edward said, NOTHING CAME THE NEXT MORNING. I waited all day and finally said thanks, but no thanks. If a job is too much for you, say it and move on. I hate a company that cannot follow through, customer service is important in this town and they couldn't even conduct themselves as business people. My experience sounds worse than the person posting before me. BEWARE people!
