DO NOT RENT car from this place, you will be SCAMMED, take my word for it. When I book it online the price seem cheap, seem to good to be true. I travel many places and rent car at many different company but never at Payless I thought I give it a tried, it is to good to be true, it show only $84 for four days when I booked, when I returned the car I asked them will I be charge for any fee, they promised me whatever you book for that's what I will be paid for, they said that I will received email of the detail receipt, when I received my email the cost total to $540, I rent car for one week with full cover only cost half of this price at big we'll known company, what a scammed. I complaint to them, they come up with excuses and said check the bill, the problem is the bill have all code that I don't even get. Since I live so far away I have no time to keep complaining, I'm just gonna pay this and WILL NEVER RENT CAR FROM PAYLESS, two month later they CHARGE me another $80 said that I have citation/ticket, I have none, called them asked them to sent me detail of $80 charge which they never did. On top of that long wait, bad service. PLEASE DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM ESPECIALLY the one in TORONTO near the airport, or you will be REGRET, I will give NO STAR
