WORST Customer service EVER! A tenant of mine moved out and went to stay at the Miles Motel. He is elderly and I warned him against it but he didn't have money to stay elsewhere. In cleaning his place, a large medicine bag was found, filled with his meds. I called Miles motel and asked to be connected to his room. Front desk girl said if I don't know the number, too bad, shes busy and wont look it up - ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of horrible human being wouldn't want to help get meds to an elderly man? A miles motel desk clerk. I hope she sleeps well tonight knowing that she did nothing to help an elderly man in need. Horrible, wretched person.
