While their initial work was performed on schedule, and looked good enough at the time of completion to pay the invoice, their follow up to address warranty issues was pathetic.
I had several large areas of dead grass as a direct result of their work that they failed to fix, and while removing a tree they dropped a large limb on a wrought iron fence that was never fixed.
After numerous attempt to have things resolved they just stopped returning my attempt to contact them. I ended up paying another service to correct their errors and I'm still battling through the credit card company to cover my additional costs as well as the replacement of the potion of damaged fencing.
