I have not been terribly impressed with previous home inspectors. They have all been good at their job, but kind of gruff or rough around the edges and not terribly interested in answering questions. Not the case with Jacob!
Jacob Babin with Liberty Inspections was fantastic at our recent home inspection. Not only did he catch some things that needed attention, he walked us around the house and showed us everything he found. He even explained things we may not be familiar with moving from a single story to a two story, or from an electric furnace to a gas. I tend to ask a lot of questions, even about home upgrades, and he was always very patient with me and happy to answer. He also explained when we could hold off on a repair and when we shouldn't, even explaining what could happen if we wait too long.
I think most home inspectors probably do a good job at inspection, but Jacob with Liberty did a great job with customer service too! We were very happy with the job he did.
