Had a really bad experience here on Saturday. I came in after having an estimate done at an earlier date. The vehicle already had a diagnostic done when Dominick was there. Since Dominick left, this place has gone downhill. Honesty is no longer a priority. Upsale is the name of the game now. I was the first car of the day because I had made an appointment earlier. Tate immediately wanted to do another diagnostic, even though I kept telling him what was wrong and that the diagnostic had already been done. Meanwhile, I watched Tate try to upsale every customer that walked through the door. 3 hours later, my $800 estimate was trying to be raised to $1500. When I informed him that I only wanted to repair what was wrong, he kept telling me that if I only fixed what was wrong without the extra stuff, the "check engine" light would not go off. Good thing I was a mechanic for 3 years and knew better. I concluded that honesty is thing of the past at this shop, so I will not be back. Damn shame, Bring Dominick back!!!!
