Car came out of the washing area and one guy was doing all of what had to be done the drying, armour all the tires, windows etc..... he was done and told the guy in charge that my car was ready. 3 cars that were driven by women got done before mine and mine was there before their cars. Finally after ten minutes of waiting after the guy had told the one who was in charge that my car was done I got fed up and walked over to my car and told him I had been waiting for 10 minutes. Little did the guy know I know Fluent Spanish He said the other guy didn't say anything to him. I heard the one guy tell him that my car was "listo" which means ready. He proceeded to help finish detail a Lexus that belonged to a very attractive women. Is that what goes on at that place??? Horrible service. They can't say they were short staffed because there was plenty of workers. The guy in charge takes the tips and gives he guys that do all the work some and he keeps some for doing nada. That's nothing! Horrible service!
