I'll start off by saying that I primarily use yelp to read reviews, not post them. I felt compelled to write this review after dealing with Scott and Bob at Horizon Cleaning Service. Scott did a tremendous job cleaning my carpets and tile, I will be using them again and will be recommending them to all of my friends.
Things that impressed me the most:
- Meticulous cleaning (I'm a bit OCD about cleanliness and they exceeded all expectations). My carpet, tile and grout look brand new.
- Wall corner guards, to make sure that nothing marked up my walls. This is huge for me, the hoses and cleaning supplies can cause damage if the cleaning crew is not meticulous. Scott was awesome and nothing touched my walls.
- Shoe covers and clean-up after cleaning. When the cleaning was complete, there wasn't a trace of dirt anywhere.
