I've been to quite a few shabu shabu places and this place is definitely my least favorite. First off, the restaurant is TINY. I mean like awkwardly small. The vibe was weird and not inviting at all. Second, the broth was so bland, they won't let you add anything to the water while it's cooking, I guess to save their pots from getting ruined? Never heard of this before but whatever. The end result is basically boiled meat with no taste. Even if you add the sauces after it's still not anywhere near as good as it being infused with flavor while cooking. The waitress was cold and very unwelcoming, not sure if it's because she didn't understand any English or what but it was just a bad experience all around.
