Terrible. Horrible. Miserable pharmacy service. Most of those girls besides one female pharmacist has a serious stick wedged way too deep into their ass, thank goodness one very kind lady was a saving grace and had simple decency to be nice. BUT THE REST, YOU CAN FORGET IT. Instant attitude of "you're bothering me by walking up" if you make it through a simple conversation and actually have a definite fair question in the end about your prescription EVEN AFTER THEY ASKED then that will surely earn you a condescending "how dare you actually ask me anything" response. I've worked customer service for 13 years so I know how to carefully talk to people nicely and accordingly and oh I don't know most importantly PROFESSIONALLY no matter ANY circumstances, ANY! The prenatals prescribed to me weren't insured by my provider, ok totally fine therefore I simply kindly asked if there was a major difference in the kind they had and how much would it be if I wanted it the original. That's when the second worker acts as if I'm asking her to go dig a treasure map out back to lead her to this oh so difficult answer by slowly giving a side eye to the first worker who chimes in after not wanting to be bothered about how it's basically not that much smaller and it's cheaper in a very rude way. Doesn't matter to them how patient or polite I was about having basic concerns in being a first time mom. They acted like I wasted hours of their precious time which was approximately 2 minutes during a time that wasn't busy at all as this location is so very well known for-maybe because 10 a.m is the glory hour to go. They made something so small so negative for no reason. I was friendly and no one was waiting yet my first prenatal pick up was an unnecessary annoyance because these 2 want to team up out of nowhere in their "is she serious?" demeanor yet I gave not one drop of an attitude at any point whatsoever and I couldn't stop thinking where is this coming from? Now I go down the street for prenatals a whole size bigger provided by the same insurance! But given by much nicer and happily informative women and not bratty good for nothing know it all posers with unjustified bitch fits who can't rightfully do the simplest tasks of their so called profession. Why they don't like to talk to people like human beings or know better like anyone else to NOT MESS WITH A PREGNANT WOMAN is beyond me.
