The home we toured was beautiful but the staff is really lacking. Almost impossible to get someone to call you back. When I would email, most the time I only got one worded responses. When we were declined they couldn't even give us an exact reason why. Waste of time, waste of money and Diana really needs to learn some professionalism or people skills. It seems other reviewers have also had terrible experiences with her so I guess that makes me feel like I'm not alone in this. But honestly, I've never been treated like such trash by a property management company ever!
