Terrible! Bought a refrigerator here, it broke... A MONTH AGO! A goddamn month. It took me over a week to get a response From the service people and it's been 2-3 weeks of them giving me the run around to get it fixed. How convenient for them that my warranty expired last week and now they're claiming they don't have to fix anything. Do not give them your business. Also, the purchase took days because they don't except passports as a valid form of identification. A federally issued ID is not good enough for Conns. Seriously, run away.
