I went to this location because it is close to my home and I was able to get a Quantiferon test run without getting an order from my physician. I was the only patient in the waiting room and was seen immediately (hence two stars), but the phlebotomist was unfriendly and did not seem to be happy about doing her job. The only words she spoke were to confirm my name and date of birth and then asked me to put my arm out. She stuck the needle in a location that I've never had blood drawn before, close to the inner elbow, and it was the most painful blood draw I have ever had. I understand that not every draw can be perfect and pain-free, but it is now a week later, and I'm still experiencing a great deal of pain down my forearm. Even if it had not been a painful experience, I would still leave a poor review due to their lack of skill in customer service. I can only assume that LabCorp is a miserable place to work- which is apparent from the attitude of their employees. I will never use LabCorp again. Sonora Quest will be my go-to for all future testing. ?
