He was close and had good reviews. He gave us a couple of options and quotes on both. One was for a 220 run of @ 50 feet and two separate outlets. The other option was for the same run with larger conduit and terminating with a 100 amp sub panel and a 220 outlet for the dryer and a 110 outlet for the washer. We chose the latter as we are considering future expansion.
Sergio and his asistant arrived on time, worked through a hot morning on the roof, drilling through a parapet wall, placing supports on the roof, and then running the conduit through the roof into the laundry room. They finished the installation in the afternoon.
The options were well thought out, presented clearly, and priced fairly. The work was timely and well done for a reasonable price. We were very satisfied.
