This was my first time having a party here. I found out about it from a card sent home from my son's school. I booked and was a little concerned about the negative reviews so I didn't know what to expect. It was not as busy for a Saturday before Easter which was nice. The package allows for a table for 2 1/2 hours which is a nice amount of time. Our host was Brittany. She was super nice and professional. She went over all the details and placed my order. She checked on me and ensured the table was cleared at all times. The pizza is pretty decent, but comes out 45 minutes before the end of the party so make sure kids have a snack before and I ordered a pizza to come out earlier for adults.
A couple things to note is there is a long wait to use each attraction. The kids did 3 of the 4 that were offered during the 2 1/2 hours. The 2nd thing is I was disappointed that I couldn't leave a gratuity on my debit card. I do not understand why this isn't being offered for your team. Brittany was very appreciative of the thought. Overall the service was great today. Thanks for a good experience!
