I was craving Thai food one day and since my go-to place was temporarily closed, I decided to try this place out.
Location: Table Thai is located next to Sunrise Coffee. The interior is very intimate and elegant, with no more than 20 tables throughout the entire restaurant. It is dimly lit and very quiet, perfect to take someone out on a date.
Food:
Thai Tea (4/5): Decent Thai tea, but not the best I've ever had. I'm not sure if it was just my drink, but it tasted a bit watered down.
Jade Curry (3/5): I had ordered the Jade curry with tofu and spicy level 7. I honestly was not impressed. You can order this with either brown or white rice. Though the portions were big, I could not help but notice how watered down and oily-looking it was. After wanting Thai curry for so long, I was left disappointed in my dish. Be careful about spice levels if you do not eat spicy food often. I would recommend no more than a level 5 if you are not used to spice!
Service: Staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Our server was very knowledgeable on the menu and was able to ask all our questions.
With the abundance of Thai restaurants popping up all over the Valley, Table Thai ranks average. I would come back if I was around the area, but next time I crave Thai food I will probably end up giving another establishment a try.
