Sitting in the "quicklube" on a Saturday afternoon. They should consider another name. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought, "ok, it's Saturday." I am now (so far) two hours in and my car has still not been taken back. About to pull the plug in this. This will be my last trip to this dealer. They apologized and had all sorts or reasons why they hadn't done anything with my car, but this is what they do.
Done with this dealer - tired of their runaround. Watch. Next they will call trying to sell me a new car! Ha
