Ironically, I wasn't pumped about the mattress, itself, but their customer service is incredible. Seriously. After two weeks of discomfort on the a new mattress, they were willing to exchange it or return it. Trevor K. and Leo G. were great, and helped set up the pick-up/return. Within minutes, I received confirmation that the return is being processed, and a few hours later, the mattress was picked up. Immediately after sending them a copy of the return slip, they processed the refund. I received another confirmation the following day that the refund was being processed. Wow, is all I can say. 2 stars for the mattress, but 5+ for the customer service.
