I usually dread doing my taxes. Who doesn't? But, this year I was blessed to have noticed there was a new jackson hewitt location on W. Warm Springs and Durango which opened near where I worked. I was actually going next door but, decided to go in and ask a few questions before I made the commitment to have them do my tax return. I was greeted by the manager Julia. She was very knowledgeable, down to Earth and we clicked right away.. She quoted me a reasonable price and explained what the parameters were and what they did for that price. I made an appointment for a few days later and am I happy I did.
Julia made a usually boring chore actually very pleasant. As she did my return we really connected. She still maintained her professionalism but, really took an interest in helping me get the most back which I was entitled to. She even got me an additional $200 which in previous years I never knew I could claim. She honored the price she originally quoted me and it was worth every cent because of her.
I would highly recommend Julia and the other employees at jackson hewitt at this location. Everyone there was so nice and caring and not like the other places I have been to in the past. Great customer service is rare these days but, give them a try. You won't be sorry.
