I'm getting old - that means I've dealt with a lot of utilities and a lot of cable companies in my life. I am very aware of how bad a utility or telecommunications company can screw up an account. I had always heard horror stories about Cox - but after dealing with CenturyLink I figured no one could be worse - with great trepidation I signed up within Cox for TV, Internet, and land line phone. Wow - my bill went down $50 a month, my internet speed is 5 times my best with CenturyLink and my TV is true HD at NO additional charge. Twice I have had equipment issues and both times had no problem exchanging the defective equipment at the store on Blue Diamond - they are especially helpful - ask for Uriel if you want exceptional service. I frankly don't understand the bad reputation - after more than a year I have had nothing but exceptional service and exceptional customer service
