looking to rent a car? walk instead. no really, you'd get there faster. the line upstairs wasn't too bad compared to more popular rental places probably because people knew this place sucked. we walked downstairs and the line went around the corner AND BACK INSIDE THE BUILDING. apparently they don't have enough cars but i'm pretty sure if you're a car rental company you should probably make sure you have cars... you know... the thing you're trying to rent. anyway, the couple in front of us left to rent from another company which moved us forward about two feet. the only two feet we've moved since we came downstairs 30 mins ago. it's almost comical now because a man is yelling about how horrible their customer service is, but there aren't even any employees around to hear him. unfortunately i won't be coming back here again because i just value my time and life too much. ***live update: the employee came over and just told us to wait and started naming a bunch of random cars that are nowhere to be found. he then saw that my last name was Honda and asked if we owned the company... dude. if i owned the company i'd be flying on a freaking private jet NOT WASTING MY TIME HERE WITH YOU***
