The WORST moving company ever! The lead packers are rude and totally unprofessional, leaving all the grunt work to the young packing crew. They are deceptive and unconcise in their quotes, subcontract work to larger movers, rent inadequate trucks from Enterprise, U-Haul etc. They "store" and then repack the entire shipment. I have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage, and countless "missing" items. How do you lose a 16ft extension ladder, and jewelry disappears from a pre-packed box?
Folks...you get what you pay for, so use a reputable company that will give you ALL the facts upfront!
For all our expense, heartbreak and frustration their claim management company offered us $250 something dollars. They broke all three of our T.V's, and the smallest cost more than that to replace.
My husband and I have moved from other continents while he was in the USAF and we have NEVER experienced this terrible level of relocation services, and monetary loss.
