Don't ever take your pet here! I booked my appt online for 11:30.. I get there and there's already a woman Inside whose appointment they got confused and the wrong time because they had more than one dog with the same name so I go to check in my dog and they say my appointment is not until 12:30. I have an email showing my appointment confirmed for 11:30 a.m. my dog does not like to go in public he is skittish and afraid and so I dragged him all the way out for nothing.
