Large store, but it's always hard to find help, and it's not unusual for an item to be out of stock. Yes, they have everything from drugstore brands to "prestige" brands, but honestly I don't go to Ulta for drugstore brands. To me, that section is a waste of space. I'd much rather they leave that to the drugstores, and carry more prestige brands. Also, it would be nice to get some actual advice without wandering all over the store. Finally, they have a good many sales, but I rarely benefit from them because their sales and coupons can not be used on prestige brands. My salon actually sells the Redkin hairspray that I use cheaper than Ulta.
