Since I purchased my 2007 Toyota RAV4 Limited V6 brand new from another NE Ohio dealership, I pretty much gave them all of my service business. They did good work and also had very extended hours to take your vehicle in for any type of maintenance or repair. But a year ago things started to change, they began upselling me, inventing other things that needed to be done to my vehicle and also was not properly completing the work. In addition to that, they started to have a salesperson troll the service waiting room trying to get people to trade in their vehicle. With all of that I had to find another Toyota Dealership to get my RAV4 serviced. I decided to start taking my vehicle to the closest Toyota dealership and that was Don Joseph Toyota. I would have done so sooner if they had more extended hours and would not have had such a long lead time for appointments. But that has changed for the better in my mind. Their service is top-notch, courteous and things are done in a timely manner and there is no upselling. Don Joseph is now my preferred Toyota dealership for service. Hopefully when it is time for a new Toyota their sales department can earn the final star for the dealership for a full 5-star rating.
