Run. Run fast and run far. Stay away from Humana pharmacy and their insurance plan. Their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Their website is an absolute disaster. If you chat online or speak with them on the phone they will almost always claim you need to speak with a specialist and give you an 800 number to call. Don't be surprised when that 800 number is not in service. And don't base your prescription insurance choice on what they charged you last year. My copay, for very common generic drugs, went from zero to $125 a month with no warning. I pissed away over half a day trying to get prices on two different eye drops for upcoming cataract surgery. When I finally got their price it was a grand total of $10 less (out of $450) that Walmart's over the counter price. Sure not worth the hassle. I'll be in someone else's insurance plan next year.
