We rented 1 year from this company and would never recommend them to anyone. We moved into a dirty home for starters. Then throughout the year complied with what they expected. We decided to move so we personally did a walk-thru with Janet. We knew the weeds in the front yard was a concern and that they would keep $125.00 of our deposit. When I received our check for our deposit I was shocked to find out I was charged $195.00 for a door that was fine when we moved out. (mind you it was noted it was a little damaged when we moved in) Also $100.00 for cigarette butts in the FRONT yard. (They did refund the $100.00 back to us) These people are a scam!!! To personally walk through the house and see no new damage and charge a tenant because the homeowner did her own walk through without anyone there is a joke. Poor customer service and poor business ethics. Save the hassle and go through a reputable company.
