will never bring my car to this place again. I gave them a lot of service...but when I brought my son car for a free estimate. I was never told it was going to cost if they have to take a more in-depth look. I told them my son's car had liability only. I got a call from the claim adjuster in the shop telling me I had to pay $268 i said no i wasnt told that when i dropped it off. If i was told that i would have never bougjt the car in and wasted my AAA towing. He said well i have to pay my mechanics because they worked on the car. When i told him no he said let me talk to my manager, the manager called me i told him what happened he said free of charge and we'll put the car back together. Well, it seemed to me when i wasnt going to pay the mechanics, basically they threw the car back together with zip ties and said oh Well. Well, when I went to pick the car up it looked worse than when I brought the car in....i mean he rear-ended someone. But i was told the car only needed cosmetic work...they gave me this estimate for $6500.00 the adjuster who was taking care of me. I feel he did not communicate to his mechanics that it was not a insurance job. Because they ripped the car apart as if it was an insurance job. I know this because my dad was a body and fender mechanic. When he had an insurance job they rip everything apart. Now when it wasn't an insurance job they just wanted it looked at for an estimate my dad would take it apart carefully and put it back together again with the screws and bolts...well when I came to pick the car up after 2 weeks they had threw it together and zipped tied the bumpers, threw pieces of the car inside my son's car and put screws and bolts in zip lock bags in the car. The hood was scratched up. Ever though it was bent from the accident it didn't have scratches on top of the hood... his headlights on the car still worked but those were thrown inside the trunk. They gave every excuse why the car was the way it was. I will never go here ever...
