Where to start!
I purchased the Groupon for three services: mani/pedi, massage and facial. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time. Up first was my mani. The girl was nice, but I can honestly paint my nails better myself (see photo). She also used her saliva to "repair" polish, which I thought was extremely unsanitary. I guess the mani/pedi was supposed to last 2 hours. The technician finished in 50 minutes and brought me back to a waiting room. After seeing several people be called, I went up to the front and asked what the issue was. It wasn't until then that they informed me that the nail technician finished early and the esthetician had not arrived.
Saliva and over an hour of unnecessary waiting. Never again! If you're looking for a day of relaxation, try the I Lakemead location or Massage Envy.
