I would NEVER use this company again. We used the company for 4 years and for the first time had a major issue. I had a pair of $10,000 diamond earrings missing from a jewelry holder and NO ONE but the cleaning company was in that area from the time I placed them there until they came to clean. They found one earring in their vacuum with the setting ruined and the other earring has never been found. The fact that the earrings were large (1 carat) and were on a flat berber carpet also leads me to wonder why they could find barretts on the floor but not a large earring. The owner refused to take ANY responsibility for the damaged earring or the missing one even though the facts point toward them knocking the earrings off the desk area. She was downright arrogant and was more concerned that they had to take apart their vacuum to look for the earrings. The fact that they are bonded means absolutely NOTHING. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
