I've shopped at the Bay many times and though there is a good selection of men's clothing and in the kitchen section, this store is plagued by chronically bad service. This seems to vary by section of the store, but overall it is extremely difficult to find an employee, and even harder to get service. This is especially bad in the kitchen section, where it seems there are only 1 or 2 employees covering the entire section, and the one's whose attention you do manage to catch are unhelpful; I've witnessed multiple times an employee berating a customer simply looking for assistance.
