I don't even know where to start. I've had so many bad experiences at Firestone Pebble Creek that I don't know how to describe. This last one was the final straw. My car had the tire pressure light on the dash, so I checked and put air in each of the 4 tires. Light was still on, so I went to Firestone. Took them 4 hours to call me and tell me that one of the tires had a cut in the sidewall and I would need a new tire for $260. Didn't make sense, so I said no and picked up the car. Drove straight to Discount Tire and they said tire looked fine but spare tire air was low (which I forgot to check) and it also had a sensor. They put air in it and light went off. Fixed for free in 10 minutes at Discount. Never going back to Firestone!
