Worst hotel I have ever stay in. No star!! And I have stay in the St.Regis, the Ritz, Marriott you name it. I checked in on Friday the 9th at this shit hole. The bed skirt was so filthy I almost throw up. It was gross!! The TV didn't work so I called the front desk and they send this lovely gentleman. He came in and changed the TV. I was staying only one night in this shit. The next day at 10:30 I checked out and I was told that I didn't have any charges. I mean why would I didn't drink or eat in this shit hole.
Checking my American express account I see a charge for $48.18 on my account from the Sheraton hotel. I called them to find out what was the charge for and they told me I ate at their restaurant at 8am on Saturday I don't even eat breakfast at my own house why would I want to eat breakfast at a place that I don't want to even sleep. Please check your account before you leave this hotel. Someone used my name and room number to charge their breakfast on card. I am so pissed about this, the rep. Was very sure that I order breakfast at this hotel restaurant. I need to see video footage of me eating breakfast there and I need to see my signature on the receipt.
Be aware of this place. I stay in room 720.
I won't waste my time to give them a star because they do not deserve one.
The rep. Was so unprofessional I'm surprised she actually has a job.
Sheraton hotel in pittsburgh clean up your staff. Your employees are using customers information and that's against federal law.
