I tried for one month to get a reoccuring bi-weekly cleaning set up. My second to last email from Serena was a long winded excuse about not having my credit card number on file - when I'd been asking for an appt for the last 2 weeks - I emailed her 3 times asking if she wanted the work. And, I'm not giving my credit card number to anyone until we have an agreement on the work. My last email exchange from Serena was "So we are not going to set a deep clean for you correct? You just want to start a reoccurring service every 2 weeks for the price we discussed? I am in the process of finding maids for you today. Do you happen to know the square footage of your place? Are they apartments? If you can get me this information I can facilitate this faster for you..." Had SHE taken the time to scroll down in the exact email chain she was responding to that had been going on over the last month, every single one of these questions had already been answered. This is a very poorly organized company that obviously doesn't really want to work...
