Their delivery services are expensive and not reliable. The selection of certain appliances (gas stoves in particular) are limited. They do discount the appliances, but so does the "regular" Sears, which regularly offers free delivery service.
If you go to the outlet, check the regular sears first to get pricing and compare that to what's being offered at the outlet. Most of the time for appliances, it is the same price or only slightly different, so go with the new one, where you know you get a warranty that Sears will not try to wriggle out of because you bought it at an outlet.
